Design an Afghan Square Contest
Deadline: February 16th, 2009. Sigh up to enter at Lizzie Ann’s when you buy the required yarn: Nashua Creative Focus Super Wash.
Prizes: From 12 to 25 squares will be selected and Lizzie Ann’s Wool Co. will assemble them into an afghan. Each person who’s square is selected will receive a complete set of patterns.
The completed afghan will be on display at Lizzie Ann’s Wool Company and will be donated to Hospice of Holland in memory of Ann Dirkse to their auction.
Contest Rules
The finished piece must be 12″ square and hand knitted and/or crocheted in Nashua Creative Focus Super Wash purchased at Lizzie Ann’s Wool Co..
There is no limit to the number of entries per person.
There is no limit to the number of colors, or type of stitch(s) used.
All entries must be at Lizzie Ann’s Wool Company by closing on

Typed directions must be included in a envelope with your entry. Include the needle size, gauge, yardage, and color chart if applicable. Identify the square with your name and phone number on the face of the envelope.
